MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Please read the following agreement carefully before registering on our website.

1. Parties a) Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa, residing at Kazım Karabekir Mh. Genç Osman Cd. No:45A Darıca / Kocaeli, operating the website www.seymanaturel.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"). b) The internet user who registers on the website www.seymanaturel.com.tr ("Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions under which the member benefits from the website www.seymanaturel.com.tr owned by Zekiye Karabuğa.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member accepts and declares that the personal and other information provided while registering on the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website is accurate before the law, and that they will indemnify Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa in full and immediately for all damages incurred due to the falsity of such information.

3.2. The Member cannot give the password provided to them by www.seymanaturel.com.tr to other persons or organizations; the right to use the said password belongs exclusively to the member. Due to this reason, Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa reserves all kinds of claims for compensation and other demands arising from unauthorized use against any liability that may arise or against all claims and demands that may be asserted against Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa by third parties or authorized authorities.

3.3. The Member accepts and undertakes from the beginning to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities to arise will bind the member entirely and exclusively.

3.4. The Member cannot use the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website in any way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs or harasses others, for an unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes upon the intellectual and copyright rights of others. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities and operations (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services.

3.5. The ideas, thoughts, and opinions declared, written, and used by members on the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website are entirely the members' personal opinions and bind the opinion holder. These views and thoughts have no interest or connection with Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa. Zekiye Karabuğa has no responsibility for damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions to be declared by the member, or for damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions to be declared by third parties.

3.6. Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa shall not be responsible for the unauthorized reading of member data and for any damages that may come to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa for any damage they may suffer due to the use of the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website.

3.7. The Member has agreed not to access or use other internet users' software and data without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this will belong entirely to the member.

3.8. A member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally responsible criminally and legally for this violation and will keep Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Furthermore, in the event that the incident is brought to the legal field due to this violation, the right of Kadir Yücel to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement is reserved.

3.9. Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa has the right to unilaterally delete the member's membership, delete files, documents, and information belonging to the customer whenever necessary. The member accepts this measure in advance. In this case, Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa has no responsibility.

3.10. The software and design of the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website are under the property of Zekiye Karabuğa, and their usage belongs to Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa. Copyright and/or other intellectual property rights regarding these are protected by relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired, or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are commercial trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected within the scope of intellectual property rights.

3.11. For the improvement and development of the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website by Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa and/or within the framework of legal legislation, certain information may be collected, such as the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site and the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time accessed to the site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the Web site providing direct connection to the site.

3.12. Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa may disclose the member's personal information when requested as a legal obligation or when it is deemed necessary in good faith to (a) act in accordance with legal requirements or comply with legal proceedings notified to Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa and the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website family.

3.13. Measures have been taken within current possibilities to ensure that the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website is free from viruses and similar software. In addition, for ultimate security, the user must procure their own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, by entering the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website, the member is deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for all errors and their direct or indirect consequences that may occur in their software and operating systems.

3.14. Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, change or terminate any service provided to users, or delete user information and data registered on the www.seymanaturel.com.tr website.

3.15. Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa can change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without the need for any prior notice and/or warning in any shape or form. Every changed, updated, or repealed provision will take effect for all members on the date of publication.

3.16. The Parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa shall be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HUMK), and that said records constitute an evidential contract.

3.17. Pursuant to this membership agreement, Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa has the authority to send informative emails to the e-mail addresses registered in its system and informative SMS to mobile phones of its members; by approving this membership agreement, the member is deemed to have accepted the sending of informative emails to their e-mail address and informative SMS to their mobile phone.

4. Termination of the Agreement This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa. Şeyma Naturel Bitkisel Gıda Zekiye Karabuğa may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership in the event that the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

5. Settlement of Disputes Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this agreement.

6. Entry into Force The member's registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and mutually entered into force at the moment the member becomes a member.
