ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT: The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price and cargo fee details are stated below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website www.seymanaturel.com.tr.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT The Buyer accepts and declares under the provisions of this agreement that they have been informed about, and have confirmed electronically, the preliminary information regarding:

Payment method
Delivery conditions, etc.
All preliminary information regarding the goods/services subject to sale
Right of withdrawal

Cargo Fee: Invoiced according to the kg/desi bracket of the package after your order is packaged. Your orders will be delivered to you under the assurance of .......... Cargo, with which we have a price agreement.

The preliminary information and invoice located on the payment page of the "www.seymanaturel.com.tr" website are integral parts of this agreement.

The information regarding the type, kind, quantity, sales price, and shipping fee of the products is as stated above.

ARTICLE 4 - Order and Delivery

Orders placed outside working hours are processed within the first working hour following the order.
Product delivery is made via the contracted cargo company within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the distance of your location. Customers are notified of delays that may occur due to disruptions in product supply or prolonged bank approval processes, and the order can be canceled upon request.
If the requested products are not in stock, the customer is informed, and they are procured within 1-3 business days.
The customer must provide the delivery address accurately when ordering the product. The seller fulfills the delivery obligation by delivering the product to the specified address. The seller is not responsible for incorrect information.
Packages that you detect as damaged during delivery should not be accepted; a report should be drawn up if possible, and we should be contacted by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. If a new delivery is requested, it will be carried out as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 5 - Product Return

You can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, in a secure box, without damaging its original packaging, without disturbing its resizability, and completely with all accessories and box contents. The sales invoice (with all copies) must also be delivered with the product. If the invoice is in the name of a company, a return invoice must be issued. If the invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded.
Returns are not accepted if there are any scratches, tearing, tape-labeling, usage, missing box contents, or if the vacuum of vacuum-sealed products is broken on the original packaging or product.
In case of product return, the cargo fee belongs to the customer.
The return process begins after it is determined whether the product complies with the return conditions.
Since the payment was made by credit card, when the product return is approved, instructions are given to the bank for the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank initiates the refund process.

ARTICLE 6 - Other Provisions

The seller is not responsible for price errors that may occur due to system errors.
The parties are deemed to have accepted this agreement.
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts at the settlement of the BUYER (Customer) or SELLER shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 7 - Data Security

All information you provide while registering is protected by the system protecting the product database.
www.seymanaturel.com.tr undertakes not to disclose personal and sensitive information compiled from users for any reason other than legal requirements without user consent, not to share said information with third parties or institutions, and not to misuse it.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
In the event of unsubscribing, all your information is deleted and not used outside of your request.

ARTICLE 8 - User Security and Privacy

www.seymanaturel.com.tr uses general user information entered during registration (such as name-surname, e-mail, address, telephone) only to make the services provided by the site more effective. These services include: notifying users of price discounts and campaigns, delivering your orders with our contracted cargo companies, and invoicing the products or services you purchase.

ARTICLE 9 - Points to Consider by the User In addition to all security measures taken by the site, it is important for the user to take certain security precautions. Such as keeping your browser's security settings at the highest level and up to date, installing necessary antivirus and similar software, and not keeping your passwords or important personal information in writing on your computer.

ARTICLE 10 - COMPETENT COURT In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts at the settlement of the BUYER or the SELLER shall have jurisdiction.

Upon the realization of the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all conditions of this agreement.
